How we made the Office Holiday Party Vault

The actual workflow
1 Ship the six kits as standalone listings first
Each member kit was designed as its own US Letter printable (host timelines, signup sheets, game cards, steal cards, potluck tents, treat tags, contest ballots). Host rules, questionnaires, and game instructions were written as human-authored functional copy — not AI-generated instruction text — which matches Etsy’s party-game rule.
2 Wire Canva where hosts need edits
The Thanksgiving Potluck Host kit ships an editable Canva twin (ACCESS link → make a copy → edit host/date/room → PDF Print). Other kits emphasize print-ready PDF color and ink-saver BW packs. Canva wiring notes exist for the Secret Santa twin work as well.
3 Assemble the vault ZIP
Bundle build unzipped and repacked the six live member kits into one buyer ZIP (not a zip-of-zips), with 00-START-HERE, license, and per-kit folders. SHA verification confirmed each member matched the live kit source.
4 Build listing gallery and paste fields
Five 2000px product-rep gallery JPGs (contents collage, what’s included, close-ups) plus locked title, tags, description, and $39.99 price. Framing is office party season (Christmas staples + Thanksgiving potluck), not school/PTA grams.
5 Publish on TagAndTreatCo

Steps we could not fully verify
- Whether EverBee or eRank was used on this specific vault listing (they are the recipe’s research tools; this assemble log does not name the research click).
- Mockup tool brand for every gallery frame beyond the product-rep JPGs stored in the bundle folder.
- Decorative icon generation tool for every kit cover (treat as human-curated printable design + Canva twins where documented).
Where a tool name was not in the production log, we say so instead of inventing one.
Compliance notes
Etsy: no AI-generated functional instructions
Game rules, host timelines, questionnaires, and steal prompts are human-written office-safe copy. AI may help with decorative assets; it must not write the instructions buyers rely on.
Etsy listing photos
Gallery uses product-representative pages from the actual files (watermarked SAMPLE/PREVIEW where applicable), not lifestyle AI mockups pretending to be a photo of a printed party. Follow Etsy’s current real-photo / AI-listing image rules when you refresh photos.
AI disclosure on the listing
If decorative assets used generative tools, disclose AI assistance in the listing per Etsy’s seller handbook — without claiming the host rules were AI-written.
